Meet Sarah Mulholland

Born and raised in the New Smyrna Beach area, Sarah is a local through and through. Before stepping into real estate, she spent eight years in B2B account management, working with customers, vendors, and carriers - aka eight years of solving problems, and juggling a lot of moving pieces

Sarah thrives in the gray areas and loves finding creative solutions when Plan A (and sometimes Plan B) doesn’t quite work out. She brings that same persistence, communication, and problem-solving mindset to her real estate clients.

When she’s not working, Sarah is a wife, mom of two, bonus mom of two more, and fully accustomed to a little organized chaos. She’s excited to combine her professional experience with her love for the community she’s always called home to help others make their next move.
