Meet Nikki Richmond

A proud Central Florida native, Nikki Richmond brings a wealth of experience to her work as a licensed Realtor, Agent Success Coach, and Brand Ambassador with Lively Real Estate. After a career in marketing for a financial services firm, she transitioned into real estate, where her strengths in communication, relationship-building, and customer service shine.  Nikki is dedicated not only to guiding customers through buying and selling homes but also to supporting and mentoring new agents, helping them grow and succeed in their careers. Outside of real estate, Nikki is passionate about giving back to her community. She serves on the board of The Oopsie Project™, a local nonprofit supporting students in need, where she holds the role of Events Director. Through this work, she builds partnerships and organizes events that raise awareness and critical resources for local schools. Whether she’s helping customers achieve their real estate goals, mentoring agents, or leading community initiatives, Nikki brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a commitment to making an impact.
