Keegan Ritchey grew up here, bought a home here, and has been a part of over 150+ transactions in six years across Volusia County. As VP of Growth and Development at Lively, he’s focused on one thing: giving agents a place where the ceiling isn’t set by someone else’s business model. He’s a people person before he’s anything else most of his business has come from conversations, not campaigns. He also owns multiple businesses outside of real estate, which is where he learned that the people you build with matter more than the plan you build from.
